With its lush gardens, pristine landscaping, and stunning views, Baywood Greens is known as one of the best Delaware wedding venues—and it provided the perfect backdrop for their classic and elegant celebration. From the pre-wedding festivities to their breathtaking sunset ceremony, every moment was a dream to photograph.

Capturing the Pre-Wedding Excitement

Before the big day, I had the privilege of photographing Patricia’s bridal shower and the couple’s rehearsal dinner. Patricia’s bridal shower was a relaxed summer affair filled with laughter, heartfelt toasts, and plenty of friends and family. The rehearsal dinner was equally charming, with an intimate gathering on the terrace at Baywood that set the tone for the wedding day. As the couple mingled with their wedding party and family, I captured candid moments of anticipation and excitement.

On the wedding day, the weather was nothing short of perfection—blue skies, a gentle breeze, and the golden glow of the late afternoon sun. Patricia looked breathtaking in her timeless gown, complemented by John’s classic tuxedo. Their wedding party was large and full of energy, dressed in elegant attire that perfectly matched the sophisticated theme of the day.

The ceremony took place outdoors at the stunning Baywood venue, overlooking the picturesque pond as the sun began to set. The soft, warm light added a magical touch to the scene, highlighting the happiness on Patricia & John’s faces as they exchanged vows. Every detail—from the floral arrangements to the carefully chosen decor—enhanced the beauty of the moment.

Immediately following the ceremony, the wonderful staff at Baywood Greens transported the wedding party to some of the many incredible on-site locations for photographs.
